Dr. Mary Anne Cooper
Principal
Dr. Mary Anne Cooper has been in the education field since 1991 when she began her career in Baltimore City Public Schools. In 1997, she and her family moved to Worcester County where she taught 7th grade at Snow Hill Middle School. While at Snow Hill Middle, she was a Resource teacher, Curriculum Planner, and Assistant Principal. In July 2013, Dr. Cooper began her tenure as Principal at Snow Hill Elementary School. Dr. Cooper received her Bachelor's degree from the College of Notre Dame and her Master's degree from Salisbury University. She graduated with her Doctorate in Education from Wilmington University in 2011

Mr. Kehl was born and raised in Baltimore County MD. He earned a Bachelors degree in secondary education with a focus in social sciences from The University of Northern Iowa. Upon completion of that program he student taught at the Sir James Henderson International School in Milan, Italy. He then taught at Patterson High school and during that time earned a Masters degree in School Administration and Supervision from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. He was then hired as an Assistant Principal and, and later promoted to Principal at an American International Middle school in Mexico. After four years abroad, he relocated to the Worcester County in 2013 where he Proudly serves as Assistant Principal at Snow Hill Middle School. He is also currently working on his doctorate degree in Educational Leadership at the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore.

Karen Baker
Assistant Principal
Mrs. Baker has been an educator since 1989 and has worked in Worcester County since 1996. She has served in many roles over her career. She has been a classroom teacher, a reading specialist, a school testing coordinator, and a district assessment coordinator. Mrs. Baker received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Salisbury University.
